MIDDLE EAST TOURISM BOARD
CLIENT BRIEF: With destination being in close proximity to Dubai, it only receives a very small fraction of Indian consumers despite India being the number 1 nationality for Dubai. The task at hand was to position destination as a niche luxury destination and exhibit growth in passenger volumes. A target was accordingly set.
OUR APPROACH: We executed a 3 pillar approach
Educate : Building awareness and disseminating the right content to the right audience.
Collaborate : Partnered with all key relevant brands across segments and geographies and worked in a collaborative manner than a supplier/buyer relationship.
Closure : India is a high touch market and each query needs to be handheld and closed between the hotel and the customer. We have setup a Sales Operations desk which facilities closure with a turnaround time of same day.
RESULTS : In the first 2 years, Indian nationality exceeded the target by 7% and India as a nationality moved 3 places up to be amongst the top 5 nationalities. Destination generated a lot of positive PR which positioned destination to win Travel + Leisure “Best Adventure Destination” category in 2023.

CLIENT BRIEF: Client is well known for its iconic Beach Club, however occupancy was suffering due to lack of awareness that guest rooms were accessible on the same compound as the Beach Club. Public only regarded destination as a party venue only.
OUR APPROACH: Build brand awareness
Focused target market : Positioned Client for milestone celebrations and appealed to younger audience.
Sustainability : Awarded the B Corporation certification, leaned into their sustainability initiatives and used this as a pivot to drive social groups and meetings.
Strategic contracting : Qualified and vetted key partners across segments and focussed on rate parity.
RESULTS : Indian nationality from being nowhere on the chart, came into top 10 in year 1, and in year 2 placed amongst the top 6.
