1.1 Website and Brand Ownership

1.1b By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions expressly incorporate by reference and include the Site’s Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Intellectual Property Policy and any guidelines, rules or disclaimers that may be posted and updated on specific webpages or on notices that are sent to you. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Site.

1.1c KALTENHOUSE reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice. Please check this page periodically for any modifications. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of any changes will mean that you have accepted the changes.

1.2c You may not copy, display, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, store, transmit, create derivative works from, or sell or license all or any part of the Content, products or services obtained from this Site in any medium to anyone, except as otherwise expressly permitted under applicable law or as described in these Terms and Conditions or relevant license or subscriber agreement.

1.2d You may print or download Content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not engage in systematic retrieval of Content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without prior written permission from KALTENHOUSE.

1.2e You may not use any robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated downloading programs or devices to: (i) continuously and automatically search or index any Content, unless authorized by us; (ii) harvest personal information from the Site for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material; or (iii) cause disruption to the working of the Site. 1.5 Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

1.6 Systems Reliability

1.6a KALTENHOUSE aims to keep the Site available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and to maintain saved information. However, due to technical failures, acts of God or routine maintenance, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. KALTENHOUSE shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of the services.

1.7 Indemnification

1.7a You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold KALTENHOUSE, its directors, officers, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Site or Content.

1.8 Governing Law and Venue

1.8a These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Singapore.

1.9 Communication

1.9a KALTENHOUSE may record calls for training purposes. KALTENHOUSE may record and save email ids for its internal usage and for marketing purposes.

2.0 Privacy Policy

2.1 About This Privacy Policy

2.1a Kaltenhouse Pte Ltd. is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This privacy policy applies to each Kaltenhouse website(s), event(s), brand(s), business(s), app(s) and other service(s) (each, a “Service”) that refers or links to this privacy policy. This privacy policy may be supplemented by additional privacy statements, terms or notices provided to you. Kaltenhouse that owns or administers the Service, as identified therein, is the primary controller of your personal information provided to, or collected by or for, the Service.

2.1b Personal Data Protection

In this Policy, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings, except where the context otherwise requires:

  1. “PDPA” means the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012 of Singapore), its subsidiary legislation and related guidelines as may be amended, revised or supplemented from time to time.

Our Service may automatically collect information about how you and your device interact with the Service, including:

  1. Computer, device and connection information, such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, platform and other software installed on your device, unique device identifier and other technical identifiers, error reports and performance data;
  2. Usage data, such as the features you used, the settings you selected, your URL click stream data, including date and time stamp and referring and exit pages, and pages you visited on the Service; and/or
  3. For location-aware Services, your location, such as where you are located on the event floor.

We collect this data through our servers and the use of cookies and other technologies. You can control cookies through your browser’s settings and other tools. 2.3 How We Use Your Information

2.3a Depending on how you interact with us and the Service, we use your personal information to:

  2. Process and fulfill a request, order, download or other transaction;

Depending on the Service provided, we share personal information with:

  1. Our affiliates, trading names and divisions within the Kaltenhouse brands and our technology partners that provide technology and other shared services functions; and/or
  2. Our service providers, suppliers, agents and representatives, including but not limited to, payment processors, customer support, email service providers, IT service providers, mailing houses and shipping agents,

to process the information as necessary to provide the Service, complete a transaction or fulfill your request or otherwise on our behalf based on our instructions and in compliance with this privacy policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Our technology partners can and will have terms and conditions, privacy policies and data protection norms that may vary from our policies. The technology partners will use and share the personal data, as per their policies and laws,with their employees and sub-contractors, under conditions of confidentiality and only to the extent required for the proper performance of the Services to KALTENHOUSE and its users, clients, vendors, etc.

2.4b Your Choices

We share your personal information with our affiliates and with exhibitors, sponsors, media partners, joint venture partners and other third parties, including entities for which we are acting as an agent, licensee or event manager, that wish to send you information about their products and services that may be of interest to you, as determined by your choices in managing your communications preferences and other settings.

The Service may let you post and share personal information, comments, materials and other content. Any such contributions you disclose publicly may be collected and used by others, may be indexed by search engines, and might not be able to be removed. Keeping such information up to date is solely the responsibility of the user. Registered users may also close their account directly through the Service or by contacting the Service’s customer support.
